detroit

I'm working at this guy's house until we find a new state headquarters. There's all sorts of stories of Aretha Franklin drunk in certain rooms.

    I don't really know what this means:

    like, "oh man, remember when she got drunk in the living room?" "oh man that was crazy!" "oh man, and in the dining room that one night!?" "OMG SHE WAS DRUNK THERE TOO!?" because that would be awesome.

    there were a lot of drunk people everywhere, apparently. not just aretha. i'm sitting in the chair where smokey robinson had one too many smores shots one evening in 1963.
