Opening Ceremony

This is the coolest thing I have ever seen. Ever. The pictures don't even come close to capturing how absolutely mesmerizing, huge, and precise this is. Is anyone else watching this?

    leah, in the us nbc has the exclusive rights and chose to air the ceremony on a 12-hour tape delay. so it's on now.

    i deleted the comment because i thought it looked stupid. really though? 13 hours after the rest of the world? come ON america we'll never win the medal race if this is how we start.
